" You should
always look after your teeth - and that tip came up trumps for Henley
Operatic and Dramatic Society at the Corn Exchange Drama Festival. |
|
Their production of
dental drama 'Teeth' scooped the Best Production award, beating
off strong competition from Abingdon Drama Club, who won the Punter's
Prize with 'Effie's Burning' by Valerie Windsor. |
|
Director Heather
Simpkin told the Arts Standard: " I am just so delighted for the
cast. We did extremely well in Henley when we won the Best Actor award
and we were overall runners-up, but this is the ultimate reward for the
talent and commitment that was shown by so many people on and off
stage." Review Henley Standard July 19th 2002 |
