SUMMER HOLIDAY

Stage adaptation of the 1963 film by Michael Gyngell and Mark Haddigan. The story follows Don, and his fellow London Transport bus mechanics, journeying through Paris, the Alps, Italy and then Greece, in their Routemaster Bus, along the way picking up three young girls in a clapped-out Morris Minor and a young American pop star on the run from her domineering mother.

All to the strains of a hit filled score featuring In the Country, Summer Holiday, I could easily fall in Love with you, Bachelor Boy, Move It, Living Doll, The Young Ones and On the Beach

In true HAODS tradition this will be a fantastic show with all the wide eyed innocence and happy go lucky charm that epitomised the era - when no problem was too great that it couldn't be overcome with a song, a smile and a dance. We guarantee you will be singing all the way home!

Director  -  Lloyd White

Musical Director - Angela Pengilley

Choreographer- Emma Jane Taylor
